At Blackbird Events, we strive to create unforgettable and stress free experiences for every occasion. Our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to life with meticulous planning and creative execution.
For the couples who have the day of handled, but need some help & guidance getting to their dream. This package includes: unlimited phone calls, texts & emails, 6 in-person meetings (including meetings with vendors), vendor list, assist with seating chart (give guidance but let you construct), create budget, create planning timeline, create planning checklist, track & update budget, decor design, personalized Pinterest board, vendor reach out, plan rehearsal dinner, and 1 revision.
For couples who want to plan their wedding, but not stress the day of. Blackbird Events will meet with you and your significant other to learn all about your big day and any details you may have. From there we will create a timeline for the day of, chat over any last-minute details, and make sure everyone is excited and ready to go! The day of coordination package includes: 2 coordinators, “day of” timeline, vendor coordination, venue set-up, venue tear down, loading personal items (cards, decor, gifts, etc) into specific vehicles, unlimited phone calls, texts, emails, zooms, ensure any day of payments get to prospective vendors, assist photographers with photo postions, coordinate wedding party down the aisle, greet & assist vendors, coordinate grand entrance, assist & que special dances, toasts & cake cutting.
For couples who want us there from point A to point B. Includes full day of coordination package along with full planning package.

On the day of the wedding her and her team arrived as soon as the venue opened to help with set up. They were essential and helping me with my DIY flowers, setting up the table decor, and making sure everything was exactly how I dreamed it would be. During the reception, her team was instrumental in helping re-organize tables to make room for dancing, help with cleaning up the dinner plates, and I am beyond grateful they stayed after the dancing to help get everything cleaned and packed away.
